We offer our full time hotel management and culinary arts students practical experience in some of the best hotels and Guesthouses in the Cape Town metropole, with a further opportunity to secure a permanent position after successful completion of their course. In the near future we will also be able to offer students the opportunity of doing training in Dubai, Australia and Mauritius.
Our Institute provides you with an unrivalled opportunity to be part of an institution that offers highly qualified industry leaders as lecturers, in state-of-the -art classrooms and in a centrally located, secure and quiet environment. Once you have graduated this will ensure that you have the skills to succeed in your chosen field! Student groups are diverse with different nationalities attending classes which ensure that students gain valuable knowledge on different cultures.
The Institute is also linked to the prestigious UCT Institute of Development and Labour Law, which offers certificates in Labour Law, HR etc. In close collaboration with the University of Cape Town we currently offer the certificate in Labour Law. This will soon be followed by additional Labour Law courses of shorter duration. See further details under Labour Law courses.
